Charcoal Roasted Iron Goddess of Mercy

This Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) was hand-picked and then carefully roasted over pine wood charcoal several times until it turned dark in color.

The resulting tea boasts a delectable dark flavor profile, reminiscent of roasted chestnuts, followed by a chocolaty aftertaste. This tea can be resteeped several times without losing its flavor.
