Spring Blossom Pekoe is an early season Mao Feng green tea from southeastern China. This particular lot has a variety of color in its long leaves, ranging from light to dark green with a high number of white buds.
This tea is fired at a higher temperature than other Mao Fengs, resulting in more toasty notes. It is a delicious green tea - nutty, vegetal, clean and smooth. Goes great with food!
ON SALE: This is the Spring 2021 harvest tea with a printed expiry date of Jan 2023 on the label. It is still in terrific drinking condition, but priced to sell.
