Where do you ship?
Orders placed from this website only ship within Canada. Please visit our American location for US and International orders.
Why won't my gift card work?
A gift card will only work in the store it was purchased from. For example, gift cards purchased from shop.tearunners.ca will only work on this domain, and will not work on shop.tearunners.com or tearunners.com.
If you want to use your gift card on a different website from where it was purchased, please contact us and we will happily take care of it for you.
Why can't I login to my account?
This website (shop.tearunners.ca) is a separate entity from our subscription website (www.tearunners.com) and our U.S. store (shop.tearunners.com.)
Please note, you do not need an account to order from shop.tearunners.ca
When will my order ship?
Your order will usually ship within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise noted on the website at the time of your order. Holidays and post office closures may affect these standard shipping times.
Is shipping FREE?
We offer free shipping on Canadian domestic orders over $75. All other orders are subject to standard shipping rates from Canada Post.
Duty and Taxes
All orders placed from shop.tearunners.ca ship from within Canada and will never have duty or brokerage fees.
